Do we need a Stripe account?
Yes, payments go through the mosque's own Stripe account. If you don't have one, Stripe creates it for you when you connect from the Masjida dashboard - it only takes a few minutes.
What does the Stripe integration cost?
Stripe charges its own fees per transaction. On top of that, Masjida adds a small platform fee depending on your plan - from 0.9% to 1.5%. There are no setup or monthly fees for the integration itself.
Can people donate without creating an account?
Yes. Anyone can donate through your mosque's public website by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay - no Masjida account or membership required.
Is the Stripe integration secure and GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Masjida never sees or stores card details - payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, and all Masjida data is hosted in the EU under strict GDPR compliance.
