Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my existing member list?
There is no spreadsheet import yet. Members can register themselves - families included - on your website, and you can add anyone by hand in the dashboard. Get in touch if you have a large list to move.
Is member data kept private and secure?
Yes. Every record belongs to one mosque and is only visible to that mosque's administrators. Passwords are hashed, payment keys and CPR numbers are encrypted, and the platform is hosted in the EU.
How many members can I manage?
The member register starts on Basic, which covers up to 150 members. Pro covers 600, and Masjid Plus is unlimited. The Free plan does not include the member register. Member limits are soft — going over never blocks anything, we just get in touch about moving up.
Can members see their own details?
Yes. Members get a secure personal link to see what the mosque holds about them - memberships, invoices and consents. From there they can unsubscribe from marketing emails and ask for a copy or deletion of their data. They can also cancel their own subscription.
