The donation fee, in plain sight
Masjida charges a percentage of donations processed through the platform, on top of your payment gateway's own fee. There is no fee on membership payments. The rate halves above a monthly threshold, and donors can cover it at checkout, so most mosques pay a fraction of the headline number.

A worked example
A Pro mosque collects 200.000 kr over Ramadan. The first 100.000 kr is charged at 1.2% - 1.200 kr. Everything above it is charged at 0.6% - 600 kr. Total: 1.800 kr, against 2.400 kr at a flat rate.
Donors can cover it
At checkout the donor is offered the option to add the fee so the mosque receives the whole gift. It is on by default, and opt-in rates run high - donors want their whole gift to land. At 70% opt-in the mosque's own cost on the example above falls to roughly 540 kr.
Your dashboard shows a live fees-this-month figure. The fee never arrives as a surprise on an invoice.

Frequently asked questions
How does annual billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12 - two months free. We charge the year up front. You can still cancel at any time, and an annual plan is refunded pro rata for the whole months you have not used.
What is the transaction fee?
It applies to donations processed through Masjida, on top of the standard payment gateway fee from Stripe or MobilePay. The rate depends on your plan, and it halves above a monthly threshold. There is no fee on membership payments, and the Free plan has no donation module.
What happens if we grow past our member limit?
Nothing breaks. The register keeps working - we never lock you out of your own member list. We tell you when the next plan makes more sense, and if you stay above the limit for 30 days we move you up at the start of the following billing period, with 14 days notice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes - no contracts, no exit fees. There is also a 30-day cancellation guarantee on every paid plan: a full refund, no questions asked, within the first 30 days.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export everything at any time - members, donation history, all of it. After cancellation your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days. Full GDPR compliance.
Can I move up or down a plan?
Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately. Moving down takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is the setup really free?
Yes. On every paid plan our team configures your prayer times, uploads your logo and imports your member list - within 48 hours of signup, at no extra charge. The Free plan is self-serve.
Is it available in Danish, Bosnian and Arabic?
Yes. The member-facing app is available in Danish, Bosnian, Arabic and English, among others. The admin dashboard is available in English and Danish.
