How does annual billing work?↓
On annual billing you pay for 10 months and get 12 — 2 free months. We charge the full year upfront. You can still cancel at any time and we'll refund unused months.
What is the transaction fee?↓
The transaction fee applies to all donations processed through Masjida, on top of the standard payment gateway fee (Stripe or MobilePay). Basic: 1.5%, Pro: 1.2%, Network: 0.9%. The Free plan has no donation module.
Can I cancel anytime?↓
Yes — no contracts, no exit fees. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period and can be exported at any time.
What happens to our data if we cancel?↓
You can export all your data at any time — members, donation history, everything. After cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days. Full GDPR compliance.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?↓
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is the setup really free?↓
Yes. On all paid plans, our team will configure your prayer times, upload your logo, and import your member list — within 48 hours of signup, at no extra charge.
Is it available in Danish, Bosnian and Arabic?↓
Yes. The member-facing app is available in Danish, Bosnian, Arabic, and English. The admin dashboard is available in English and Danish.
